This is the traditional construction delivery type where owners enter into a contract with a design professional. After documents are completed, the owner then holds a bidding process and selects a general contractor.
DESIGN - BUILD
With this delivery type, the owner contracts a single firm, which is responsible for both the design and construction of the project. This allows the project to be fast-tracked and can help with cost savings. Gines Construction has several trusted design partners we team up with to provide a great all-around experience start to finish.
CM / GC
The Construction Manager / General Contractor delivery type, the first phase includes hiring a general contractor early in the design phase in an advisory role to provide feedback while the project is being drawn up. Feedback is provided on constructability, scheduling, cost projections (and savings), and risk mitigation. Phase two includes the contractor constructing the building.
